DALLAS, March 19, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — NexPoint Diversified Real Estate Trust (NYSE: NXDT) (“NXDT”) announced today that the record date for determining shareholders entitled to vote at the 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”) will be Monday, April 1, 2024. The Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, beginning at 10:30 a.m. Central Time. The Annual Meeting will be held exclusively through a virtual format. Shareholders will not be able to attend the Annual Meeting in person, however shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 1, 2024, will be able to vote and ask questions during the Annual Meeting through the online platform.
